Easy Chocolate Cake

Makes: 1 cake tin (please add size)

Ingredients:

100g butter
100g dark chocolate
100g caster sugar
100g self-raising flour
2 eggs
2tbsp water

1. Preheat oven to 335f (gas)
2. Melt the butter, chocolate and sugar in a pan and mix
3. Pour mixture into a bowl with the flour and eggs, mix and beat
4. Pour into baking tin, bake for approx. 30-35 minutes - it's ready when a skewer stuck into the middle of the cake comes out clean!
