Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Makes: 1 cake tin (please add size)
Ingredients:
200g biscuit crumbs (I use digestives)
120g butter
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp golden syrup
1tbsp cocoa powder
100g dark chocolate

1. Cream together butter, sugar and golden syrup over a low heat
2. Melt chocolate over a low heat. Meanwhile, mix cocoa powder into the mixture, then gently mix in crumbs.
3. Press the crumb mixture firmly and evenly into a cake tin, then pour over the melted chocolate and spread evenly across the base.
4. Cool in the fridge for about an hour until the chocolate becomes completely firm.
